Use of The National Lodging Directory is subject to the following terms:
The listings that appear in The National Lodging Directory are provided by the owners and operators of lodging establishments and vacation rental properties and/or their agents. Although Guests Online Network may have involvement in the creation of the ad copy for listings that appear within The National Lodging Directory, any claims regarding the accuracy and truthfulness of an individual listing should be directed toward those parties and not toward Guests Online Network with the following exception. Should you find that the ad copy for a property listed in The National Lodging Directory grossly misrepresents that property and the amenities that it offers or that the tariff that that property charges greatly exceeds the level of service that you received during your stay, we ask that you contact us directly. However, Guests Online Network and The National Lodging Directory accept no liability whatsoever for any errors for which we may be responsible. Guests Online Network is not responsible for the content of Internet documents operated by parties other than Guests Online Network.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Guests Online Network harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to your use of The National Lodging Directory, including, but not limited to, any relationship with any property listed in The National Lodging Directory arising through the use of The National Lodging Directory.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of The National Lodging Directory.
Use of this website signifies agreement with the above Terms of Use.
